"Where are you located?"
I'm located in Albany, Oregon.
"Do you offer mobile services?"
Yes. For mobile services I do require a few specifics that are discussed during the estimate process. There are some services that I will require a controlled environment, and if that is the case, then I will require the vehicle to come to me.
"How far will you travel?"
I will travel anywhere that a client needs and or wants to experience a high-end detail service. Depending on travel radius, a travel fee will be added on-top of service costs. This price varies depending on your location.
"Are you insured?"
Yes! Prestige Detailing is insured in multiple ways:
- Garage Keepers : If you bring the vehicle to me, then you're fully covered if anything were to happen in the event of an accident at my location.
- Vehicle Transportation : If I need to pickup your vehicle and drive it back to my place to accommodate your schedule, that is an option. Once I start driving your vehicle, my insurance is translated to whatever vehicle I'm operating at the time.
- Liability : If I come to your place, and an accident occurs during the detailing process, done by me, then my insurance will cover any damages/costs that may have happened.
If any situations were to arise, then insurance information will be collected at the time of incident and be taken care of immediately, will full documentation.
"Do your Ceramic Coatings come with a warranty?"
Yes! For Ceramic Coatings that are a Level 2, 3, 4 or Signature Service, it comes with full warranty and paperwork. Along with in-person information on how warranty process works.
Level 1 Ceramic Coatings do not come with warranties.
